Im Jahr 2019 renoviert und mit einer modernisierten Gasheizung ausgestattet.
Warmwasser wird über einen Durchlauferhitzer bereitgestellt.
Teilmöbliert: Enthält einen kleinen Schrank im Bad sowie ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.
Lage und Umgebung:

Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung mit nur 2 Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.
Ruhige und nachbarschaftliche Gegend in Berlin Schmargendorf.
Supermärkte, Drogerien und andere Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mietkonditionen:

Kaltmiete: 720,- € pro Monat.
Zusätzliche Nebenkosten, bestehend aus Strom und Gas. (ca. 120,- €) sodass mit 850,- € all in gerechnet werden sollte.

Ein Herd und Ofen ist vorhanden, jedoch müsste die Spüle selbst beschafft werden. Als Kompensation wird eine Mietminderung für den ersten Monat angeboten.

Partially furnished: Includes a small closet in the bathroom and a bed and closet in the room.

Good public transport connections with only a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Quiet and neighborly area in Berlin Schmargendorf.
Supermarkets, drugstores and other stores for daily needs are within walking distance.
Rental conditions:

Basic rent: 720,- € per month.
Additional ancillary costs, consisting of electricity and gas. (approx. 120,- €) so that 850,- € all in should be expected.

A stove and oven are available, but the sink would have to be procured by the tenant. A rent reduction for the first month is offered as compensation.

Use of a cellar for additional storage space is possible.
