Hi,
I would like to sublet a room in my beautiful apartment on the 2nd floor of the building in Erfurt.

As an attic apartment, it offers a wonderful view of Erfurt Thuringen Park. In 61 square meters you get a bedroom, a bathroom, store room and a fairly large kitchen. The many windows mean that the apartment is actually very bright all day long, especially in summer.

If you have a car you can park it outside the building there is a huge space for parking.

I would like to charge a deposit of €300, which you will of course get back later if nothing goes wrong :)

Location
Tram 1 and 3 stop directly in nearby station of the apartment at the "Straße der Nationen" stop, so you can reach all the relevant places in Erfurt in 10-15 minutes, for example it is only 15 minutes to the main station.

You can reach to very beautiful Thuringen Park in 5 minutes and the Park also has a wonderful Lake.You can sit at the edge of the Lake and feel the nature there.

For shopping you can go to Thuringen Park Mall which is only 5 minutes away from the apartment by walk.In Mall you can have all kind of shops either grocery stores or other shops.

On the other hand side, you can also reach to Edeka and netto within 2 minutes alongside Rossmann.

Miscellaneous
The 390€ rent includes electricity, internet, etc.
I would like to rent it for the month of June but it can be extended.
