Schwimmkurs für Kinder und Erwachsene

Learn to swim and get ready for the summer!

We teach you all the basics in sessions of 1 hour each.⏱️
In the indoor swimming pool Neudorf in Duisburg.
Private lessons or in groups of 5-10 people.

No swimming skills are required for the beginners' course. However, you should be used to water and not be afraid of the water, as this is a swimming course. How quickly you will learn to swim depends also on your individual ability and confidence in the water.

In the advanced course, you are expected to be able to dive underwater and swim or glide at least 3 to 5 meters without swimming aids. You should be able to put your head under water.

Contents may include:
- Positional orientation in the water
- Jumping into the water
- Learning to glide forwards and backwards
- Diving
- Getting to know the breaststroke and crawl
- Using swimming aids, swimming board and pool noodles
- Learning to glide underwater
- Improving the crawl and breaststroke techniques
- Learning to swim forwards and backwards in all techniques
- Improve arm and leg coordination
- From gliding to crawl swimming with head under water

Now to the trainers:

We are Mayara and Marcela, we are sisters and come from a swimming background (over 12 years swimming at competitive level in a club). We have been teaching swimming courses for children and teenagers for about 7 years and specialize in intensive swimming courses. We both have lifeguard and first aid certificates, as well as trainer certification. Since 2023 we have been offering private swimming courses with successful results and at fair prices.
We speak several languages, internationals welcome!
